Orders, Shipping, and Lead Times

*Note* - Armor plates CANNOT be shipped to PO Boxes!

If you believe your shipping charge is not accurate (IE, ordering an armor bundle AND a set of plates), PLEASE reach out to our support email, we will refund the shipping overage. This is due to a known issue with our shipping calculator that we are working on fixing.

Firearms & Ammunition Sales - Send FFL Info to FFL@WraithDefense.Com

No returns are accepted for any reason on all firearms and ammunition sales. This includes stripped receivers. No pistol or pistol ammunition sales to individuals under 21 years of age. Order cancellations are only allowed before the firearm ships, and incurs a 20% stocking fee. All firearms carry no warranty through Wraith Defense LLC, and are sold as is. Ammunition will never be shipped with a firearm, always in a separate package. All firearms will be shipped to your FFL of choice. You must provide us with current FFL information within 10 business days of purchase, or your order will be cancelled with a 20% restock fee. Customer is entirely responsible for adhering to all laws, federal, state, and local. If a firearm transfer to an individual may not proceed, the customer WILL NOT be refunded, for ANY reason.

Shipping Policy

All in-stock items should ship within 5-10 business days of ordering. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays, or days we are hosting events such as matches. All partner items will be ordered within 5 business days of order.

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email (if provided) once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number should be active within 24 hours.

Cancellations

In the event that an order is cancelled, 5% of the order is retained as a restocking fee, due to credit card fees, and that once an order is placed, we are still obligated to pay the supplier. 

Armor bundles may not be cancelled after a week of order placement, unless the order has gone more than 3 weeks past the quoted lead time.

Layaway

We will sometimes offer a layaway option for particularly expensive items. These will be approved on a case by case basis. For any and all layaway terms, we will charge a 25% cancellation fee on all money deposited if the buyer does not meet their deadline for complete payment. This fee is non-negotiable, and applies to ALL layaway, or deposit style payments.

Armor Restrictions

Restrictions on the Purchase, Ownership, or Possession of Body Armor are as follows:

It is a violation of United States Federal Law for a person convicted of a violent felony to purchase, own, or possess body armor. In addition, various states also have enacted legislation restricting the purchase, ownership, or possession of body armor by persons convicted of drug crimes, certain other felonies, or other violent crimes. By purchasing body armor from Wraith Defense LLC you acknowledge and certify that:

1. You have not been convicted of a felony.
2. The end user has not been convicted of any other crime that would restrict their ability to purchase, own, or possess body armor under any applicable Local, State, or Federal law ordinance or restriction.
3. The end user will not use any body armor purchased from Wraith Defense LLC for any criminal purpose.
4. The end user is over the age of 18.
5. The end user will not transport or use any Wraith Defense body armor products outside of the United States.

Wraith Defense LLC reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to refuse the sale of body armor to any person or entity. Additionally, the online sale of body armor to residents of Connecticut is strictly prohibited, unless the sale is made to certain law enforcement or military personnel, or through a face-to-face transaction.

Wraith Defense LLC does not ship any products outside of the United States in compliance with ITAR regulations. By purchasing, owning, or possessing Armor systems, the end user certifies that no Armor products will be transported or used outside of the United States.

All statements contained herein, or in any other related Wraith Defense LLC publication of any kind, are not designed to provide legal counsel in any way, shape or form. It is strongly recommended that customers conduct a reasonable amount of Due Diligence prior to purchasing, owning or possessing body armor in order to avoid any legal ramifications.

Limitation of Liability

Wraith Defense LLC shall not be liable for any special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials on this site or the performance of the products, even if Wraith Defense LLC has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Applicable law may not allow the limitation of exclusion of liability or incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

Typographical Errors

In the event that a Wraith Defense LLC product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Wraith Defense LLC reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Wraith Defense LLC reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Wraith Defense LLC shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

Terms

These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the site and/or completing the registration or shopping process. These terms and conditions, or any part of them, may be terminated by Wraith Defense LLC without notice at any time, for any reason. The provisions relating to Copyrights, Trademark, Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification and Miscellaneous, shall survive any termination.

Wraith Defense LLC may deliver notice to you by means of e-mail, a general notice on the site, or by other reliable method to the address you have provided to Wraith Defense LLC.
