Surplus condition Russian AK-74 furniture. Please select from the list of different types which item best suits you. These sets will fit both AKM and AK-74 pattern rifles. Expect some variation in color patterns from set to set. This furniture may also have some variance of wear from piece to piece. Some examples may be dings, some pitting on metal components, or a small chance a swivel screw is missing. Everything is fully functional and ready to fit to your rifle. So far beyond my expectations. For this price I was expecting to get something totally trashed, but I was just happy to finally find one after what's happened to the AK market for the last few years. It's fantastic, and the price is just too good to pass up. Don't believe me? Go look at everyone else that even has them, which is just a handful, and the prices are comical. The worst was some guy selling one for $400 on gunbroker, and it looks like it might be refinished on top of it all.
The one I got is a real deep red shellac, has inspector marks stamped, a few dings but nothing close to what I expected. Just enough to give it some character. A very light cleaning, if that, is all that's needed
